目的 探討肺炎衣原體與腹主動脈瘤關(guān)系的最新進(jìn)展。方法 采用文獻(xiàn)回顧的方法。對目前國內(nèi)、外有關(guān)肺炎衣原體和腹主動脈瘤的研究狀況進(jìn)行分析與綜述。 結(jié)果 肺炎衣原體是腹主動脈瘤形成的重要因素,肺炎衣原體可能通過細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)代謝、血管平滑肌細(xì)胞凋亡、腹主動脈瘤壁的慢性感染等導(dǎo)致腹主動脈瘤的發(fā)生。結(jié)論 肺炎衣原體與腹主動脈瘤有著非常密切的關(guān)系,肺炎衣原體能引起腹主動脈瘤發(fā)生并在其發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程中占據(jù)重要的地位。
