目的 探討HBsAg陽性肝細胞肝癌(HCC)患者乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)DNA基因型與其患HCC之間的關(guān)系。方法 運用PCR條帶分析與基因測序相結(jié)合的方法對我院500例HBsAg陽性患者(其中HCC患者150例)的HBV DNA進行分型,并對分型結(jié)果進行分析。結(jié)果 HBV DNA B型和C型基因型是HBsAg陽性HCC患者和非HCC患者的共同優(yōu)勢基因型,但HCC患者中C型基因型所占比例為65.33%(98/150),明顯高于非HCC患者的25.14%(88/350),而B型則相反,分別為28.67%(43/150)與68.86%(241/350),χ2=75.45,P lt;0.05。HCC患者中,HBV的B型與C型基因型分布在不同性別及不同年齡段之間的差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P gt;0.05)。結(jié)論 HBV DNA C型基因型在HCC患者中多見,可能與HCC的發(fā)生有關(guān)。
