目的研究hTERT mRNA 及 GGT mRNA-H 在小肝癌患者外周血中的表達,并探討其對肝癌早期診斷的價值。方法采用RT-PCR方法檢測30例小肝癌患者、18例肝炎肝硬變患者以及12例正常受試者外周血hTERT mRNA及GGT mRNAH的表達。結(jié)果小肝癌組患者hTERT mRNA及GGT mRNAH表達陽性率分別為80.0%(24/30)和46.7%(14/30),均高于AFP的檢測陽性率(26.7%,8/30),P lt;0.05。正常對照組均未檢測到hTERT mRNA和GGT mRNAH的表達。肝炎肝硬變組患者hTERT mRNA的表達陽性率為33.3%(6/18),未檢測到GGT mRNAH的表達。 聯(lián)合檢測小肝癌患者hTERT mRNA及GGT mRNA-H表達的陽性率明顯高于AFP的陽性率(86.7%比26.7%),P lt;0.05。結(jié)論hTERT mRNA及GGT mRNA-H在小肝癌患者中特異性表達,聯(lián)合檢測外周血hTERT mRNA及GGT mRNAH 可提高小肝癌的早期診斷率。
