【摘要】 伴隨多層螺旋CT和MRI檢查技術(shù)的發(fā)展,多層螺旋CT和MRI在小腸克羅恩病的影像學(xué)研究和臨床應(yīng)用中日益增多,在評(píng)價(jià)小腸克羅恩病腸壁炎癥程度、腸周情況、腸系膜異常及周圍淋巴結(jié)腫大方面明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)X線小腸氣鋇雙重造影。多層螺旋CT和MRI被廣泛應(yīng)用于小腸克羅恩病的臨床診斷及治療后評(píng)價(jià)。
