目的 探討鹽酸氨基葡萄糖聯(lián)合降鈣素對絕經(jīng)后膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶3(MMP-3)和骨橋蛋白(OPN)表達(dá)的影響。 方法 2012年1月-6月將120例絕經(jīng)后膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎婦女隨機(jī)分為鹽酸氨基葡萄糖組(A組)、鹽酸氨基葡萄糖+依降鈣素組(B組)、依降鈣素組(C組),每組40例,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)測定各組血清MMP-3、OPN、雌二醇、Ⅰ型膠原C端肽(CTX)和Ⅰ型膠原N端前肽(PINP)水平。 結(jié)果 A組和B組在治療后2周和6周其膝關(guān)節(jié)評分和視覺模擬評分明顯優(yōu)于C組(P<0.05),A組在治療后2周MMP-3的表達(dá)改善明顯(P<0.05),優(yōu)于其他兩組。治療后6周,B組OPN表達(dá)水平改善明顯(P<0.05),優(yōu)于其他兩組。C組和B組CTX和PINP水平明顯改善(P<0.05),優(yōu)于A組。 結(jié)論 鹽酸氨基葡萄糖聯(lián)合降鈣素能有效改善絕經(jīng)后膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的癥狀,可能通過調(diào)節(jié)MMP-3和OPN的復(fù)合體表達(dá),實(shí)現(xiàn)改善關(guān)節(jié)軟骨功能的目的。
